Hi, I’m Eleanor – a mindset coach, NLP practitioner, and management trainer.

With a professional career from recruitment to HR to coaching, I’ve always been a ‘people-person’ and love to see nothing more than people grow and develop.

Recently, I’ve been working as part of the senior leadership team as Head of People & Culture at a media agency, handling all things related to people, culture, learning and development.

This is where my passion grew even further for developing managers as I could see it was a challenge, not just across our industry but in the world of work generally.

Time and time again I would see the same thing – someone acing their job, getting promoted, and suddenly managing a team without any guidelines or training to set them up for success.

First-time managers often face unintentional neglect, picking up bad habits and not knowing where to turn. I’m here to put a change to that and to develop the best managers from day one.

This doesn’t start and end with a training course, but instead combining with personalised one-to-one coaching sessions to truly understand and develop individual needs. 

I’ve combined my two favourite things:

  • Transforming mindsets for a better life.
  • Empowering managers and leaders to bring out the best in their teams.

Most things (if not everything) stems back to our mindset, and this includes managers and leaders.

I work with people on both a personal and professional level, offering tailored one-to-one or group manager training for businesses.

Beyond the office, I love all things psychology and philosophy, staying updated on studies and theories to enhance my thinking. This knowledge has hugely helped me to shape my own mindset and means I can back up my insights with research and lived experience.
